OEM & Private Label Manufacturing FAQ
What specific OEM and private label services do you offer?
We provide a full spectrum of branding solutions for B2B partners. This includes laser-etching your brand logo onto metal armor and racks, custom silk-screening, bespoke powder-coat color matching, and custom retail packaging. We allow you to take our premium, trail-tested designs and make them your own to build exclusive brand authority in your market.
Can you develop completely new products based on my blueprints or ideas?
Yes, this is our ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) service. If you have an idea, a 3D CAD file, or a technical blueprint, our experienced R&D engineering team can bring it to life. We handle the entire process from structural design and 3D vehicle scanning to mold creation, prototyping, and final mass production.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom branded products?
The MOQ depends entirely on the type of customization and the specific product category. Simple laser-etched logos on existing inventory (like grab handles or pedals) typically have a low MOQ. Developing entirely new molds for plastic components or highly customized steel bumpers will require a higher MOQ to offset engineering and tooling costs. Please contact our B2B sales team for precise quotes.
How do you protect the Intellectual Property (IP) of my custom designs?
We take business confidentiality very seriously. For ODM projects and exclusive custom designs, we routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our partners. We guarantee that your proprietary blueprints, unique molds, and custom-designed products will never be sold to other distributors or featured in our public catalog without your explicit permission.
What are your typical production lead times for bulk OEM orders?
Because we are a vertically integrated factory rather than a trading company, we control our own production schedules. Standard wholesale orders of existing products generally ship within 15-30 days. For custom OEM orders requiring private labeling or specialized finishes, lead times typically range from 30-45 days after the final prototype and sample are approved by your team.
